We have the perfect neighbors! They have all the great toys and encourage every kid in the neighborhood to use them. The neighbor boys have 4 ATV's, a go-cart, a motorized scooter and 4 horses! WOW! So last weekend they decided to bring one of their horses home for free pony rides.You might be asking yourselves some simple questions like:
1. Do they live in the country?
2. Are they at least outside the city limits?
3. Can you have horses in town?
The answers to all of those questions are "NO". For the most part we have a great neighboors and the one who always calls the cops was out of town! So we lucked out.
Both Maison and Libby have seen horses at the zoo but neither have ever riden. Sissy was so excited she ran in the house to put her pink cowgirl boots on because "that's what horsey riders wear." Maison on the other hand was more concerned about what they poor horse was going to eat. To my dismay, Nugget the horse loves $3.00 a pound honey crisp apples!

The kids had a wonderful time riding for about an hour or so. One of the neighbor girls used to ride frequently and even took Nugget for a spin around the block! I think we had every kid within a square mile in front of our neighbor's house.
It was a blast and I know our kids will be sad when their friends Chase and Carson move at the end of the month. Things will definately not be the same!

Wow I haven't seen Ryan since he was...I don't even know how old.
Shari is unchanged over the last 11 years. Has it been that long.
